Naveen Agnihotri

Naveen is a CEDR & ADR Group accredited mediator. He has mediated over 100 disputes including multi-party and cross-community actions as well as very high value claims since 2002. Naveen is a member of the Bar Council's ADR Committee and has been instructed by the Treasury Solicitor. He regularly advises individuals, corporations, local authorities and trade unions on various areas of civil law, with a particular emphasis on employment & property law. He is a fluent speaker of Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
