Throughout his 28 year career Martin has been a dispute resolution Solicitor and Mediator, acting for both claimants and defendants in personal injury and commercial claims. Martin is CEDR accredited, a Committee Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Chair of the Mediation sub-Committee of the Hampshire Law Society and a Member of the Civil Mediation Council.
