Mediation Agreement
Parties to a mediation are required
to enter into a Mediation Agreement. This sets out
the basic terms which shall govern the mediation
including fees and expenses, the date, time and
venue for the mediation and rules as to
confidentiality.

Our basic fees per party are £375 +
VAT for a 3 hour mediation, and £750 + VAT for a six
hour mediation.
